How do I make a booking?
Search your destination and dates on any hotel page, choose a room and rate, and complete the secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation with a booking reference immediately.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners over an encrypted (256-bit TLS) connection. We never store your full card details.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Each rate has its own cancellation policy shown before you book and on your confirmation. You can manage an existing booking from the “Manage Booking” link using the reference in your confirmation email.
What is the World Choice Circle?
It is our loyalty programme offering member rates, points towards free nights, room upgrades and late checkout across the collection. Joining is free.
Do you handle group or corporate bookings?
Yes. For group reservations or corporate direct booking, please reach our team via the Contact page or email care@worldchoicehotels.in.
